Tumbling & Acrobatics

Tumbling and Acrobatics is a very high energy class focusing on our stamina, will power and strength. You will achieve this by incorporating your dance technique. Get ready to learn new skills and tricks that will test your mindset and body.

Beginner: This class is for students who have never tried tumbling before. (1 hour)

Intermediate: This is for students who are comfortable with tricks and who have had some experience. (1 hour 15 mins)

Students will be put into either the beginner or the intermediate class after being watched by the teacher after their first class.
